CODE OF CONDUCT OF ASIA FRANCHISE FEDERATION

Preface:

Asian Franchise Federation (“AFF”) is a private by invitation membership organization of franchisors, franchisees, potential franchisees, entrepreneurs, real estate agents, consultants and professional persons, interested in or concerned with franchising. It is promoted by M/s Nanson Universal Llc thru its website www.asiafranchisefederation.com incorporated in the year 2012

The objects of AFF, among others, are:

1.Safeguarding the business environment for franchising business in Asia.
2.To act as the resource centre for current and prospective franchisors, franchisees, the media and the Government.
3.To disseminate knowledge to promote the concept of 'franchising' and propagate it as a healthy business practice.
4.To conduct unbiased and scientific study of franchising in every respect.
5.To co-ordinate its members' actions, the promotion of the franchise industry in general and of its members' interests in particular.

This Code of Conduct (“Code”) applies to all AFF members. This Code must be read in conjunction with the laws governing franchising in Asia. This Code of Ethics is meant to be a practical ensemble of essential provisions of AFF behavior for franchise practitioners in Asia, but not to replace any applicable laws. AFF expects its members to act in full compliance with the policies set forth in this Code and in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards. AFF lure to comply with the policies set forth in this Code may result in disciplinary action, which may include immediate termination of membership or any other relationship with AFF.

By becoming members of AFF you agree to
(i) accept and adhere to the Code or any amendments thereto and undertake to comply with it;

(ii) Always conduct its business in manner to safeguard healthy business environment for franchising and overall benefit of the Franchisor and the Franchisee. .
